Soil Specialist for Building Measures

During building activities, soils are often significantly stressed in their natural functions. Supervision by a soil specialist ensures their effective protection and final restoration of functionality after the measures’ end. We accompany the planning and construction process and ensure that the legal requirements of soil protection are integrated in the process.

In detail we carry out:

• Basic assessment, soil mapping if required, identification of critical processes and recommendations to minimize harmful influences
• Soil protection concept and technical specifications for the tender
• Technical briefing and consultation of responsible actors, monitoring and documentation
• Management of excavated soil

In 2019 Susanne Rollwagen has been approved as a certified soil specialist by a postgraduate degree, offered by Bundesverband Boden in cooperation with Osnabrück university.
